But hacking are both illegal and legal way.

But hacking are many type but basic there are three

2. White hat hacker

3. Grey hat hacker 

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------  Black Hat Hacker is a bad hacker.It work in illegal way . While white hat hacker are good hacker . It work in legal way.  and grey hat hacker are not good not bad hacker .and grey hat hacker is both legal and illegal hacker.
